Welcome to Insight Educators. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided by Insight Educators, including Learn to Read with ProPhonics/ProPhonics (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Description of Services

Insight Educators provides educational programs, courses, and learning resources, including online materials, instructional videos, worksheets, diagnostic tools, and access to coaching sessions.

Learn to Read with ProPhonics is a Christian, faith-based, interactive reading development program that includes audio-visual instructional videos, interactive worksheets, and online learning resources. It references Biblical texts and is designed to improve reading skills for children or adults. The program may be used as part of homeschooling, tutoring, or extra-curricular learning programs.

Important: Learn to Read with ProPhonics is not a school or a full language development curriculum. It is a tool to enhance reading skills and literacy.

2. Enrollment and Payment

  • To enroll in any of our programs, including Learn to Read with ProPhonics, the Client must complete the registration process and pay the required fees, usually online via our website.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.
  • Payments are generally monthly and start on the first day of the month payment is received. Payments will be automatically charged via the Client’s selected payment method. Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access and, after 7 days of inactivity or lack of communication, possible deletion of student data.
  • In the case of Client cancellation, access to the Learn to Read with ProPhonics online course remains active until the end of the current payment period.

3. Coaching Sessions

  • Programs may include a limited number of coaching sessions. Additional sessions can be purchased through the website.
  • Scheduled coaching sessions are considered used and non-refundable if cancellation is not received at least 2 hours prior to the session.
  • Coaching sessions are intended for the enrolled student and assigned coach only.
  • Fees or time lost for missed sessions, late arrival, or student circumstances (such as illness) are non-refundable, unless Insight Educators is responsible for the issue.
  • Clients are advised to schedule coaching sessions only after mastering the relevant activities through practice with our instructional materials.
  • All coaching sessions may be recorded for quality assurance purposes.
  • Students must not receive external help during coaching sessions, and video cameras must remain on for the duration of the session.

4. Use of Services

  • Our services are intended for educational purposes only.
  • You agree to use our services in compliance with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Users acknowledge that Learn to Read with ProPhonics and other Insight Educators resources contain proprietary and confidential information, protected under intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, alter, sell, distribute, lease, loan, or provide in any altered state any part of the program or supporting materials.
  • Users also agree not to exploit or resell any part of the Learn to Read with ProPhonics course or other Insight Educators materials for commercial purposes.

5. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities conducted under your account.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any use of the Learn to Read with ProPhonics platform under your account, whether by you or another party.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided through our services—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software—is the property of Insight Educators/ProPhonics or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our website without prior written consent.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insight Educators/ProPhonics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other tangible/intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services;
  • Unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information;
  • Any other condition related to the use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Canadian courts for resolution of any disputes.

11. Cancellation

Clients may cancel enrollment in Learn to Read with ProPhonics or any Insight Educators program by sending an email of intent to contact@insighteducators.com or by discontinuing payment. Cancellation will take effect at the start of the next payment term. Payments already received will not be refunded without written confirmation of cancellation.
